We ask that all guests come with their own dietary food. This will help prevent stomach discomfort for your pet. The staff will go over feeding instructions prior to your pets stay to insure an easy check in process. If for any reason you extend your pet’s stay and have not provided enough food, we will happily feed your pet a premium lamb and rice blend. We ask that you bring your pet's food in labeled zip lock baggies, as we are no longer accepting manufacturers food bags due to space limitations.
Vitamins and medication can be administered by our hotel attendants. If any medical issues should arise during your pet’s stay, the Hotel Attendants will alert the Manetto Hill Animal Hospital Staff for treatments and a phone call will be made to you using the emergency contact number you supplied to us during the drop off process.
All Canine guests must have their required inoculations, including Distemper, Rabies and Canine Influenza Vaccination (Flu), as well as a fecal check and Annual Exam within the last 12 months. A Bordetella nasal vaccination is required every 6 months.
(Proof of all of the above inoculations will be required)
All Feline guest must have had their annual exam within the last 12 months
MULTI PET DISCOUNTS
There is a 15% discount on the 2nd guest and a 20% discount of the 3rd guest for double and triple occupancy (guests staying in one enclosure or suite). Please speak with the concierge at the front desk for additional information.
During your pet’s stay at the PAW SEASONS HOTEL & DAY SPA, they will be given a report card, in which our hotel attendants will take care to study your pet’s stay at the resort. They will keep track of your pet’s preferences, fancies, and friends while at the PAW SEASONS HOTEL & DAY SPA. Did your pet play catch in Pebble Beach? Did they run wild in the inside recreation room? Did they make see their old friends at the resort? These types of questions will be answered for you.

A Temperament Assessment is required for all first time new Guests that are not clients of the Manetto Hill Animal Hospital and have never been to the Paw Seasons Hotel. This assessment will determine if your pet is suitable for boarding at our facility.
There will be a brief health check by one of our veterinarians as well as a temperament check by our hotel staff. Your pet will be separated from you and brought into the hotel and outside on pebble beach to help the staff determine if the pet has any aggression issues towards staff members or fellow guests. There is a $60 fee that is nonrefundable regardless of whether your animal is accepted into boarding. An appointment is required.
Please be assured that our staff will be there for your pet whether there is a
hurricane, blizzard or anything Mother Nature throws our way. Our first priority is our guests. On the weekends, please understand that although our front desk may be closed for phone calls our staff is busy taking care of your pets. We are not a 24 hour facility, on weekends, our staff is scheduled in shifts from 8am to 8pm. There are security cameras throughout the hospital for remote viewing by our staff members as well.

Mondays-Fridays 8:30am - 4:30pm
Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm
Sunday 10:00am - 10:30am (pre-paid in advance)
PICK UP TIMES:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-2:00pm. A day boarding fee will be incurred for any guest picked up after 2:00pm (if not having a spa service).
Saturday – 8:30am-12:30pm
Sunday – 10:00am-10:30am
Late pick up will incur a day boarding fee:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday, anytime between 2:00pm-7:45pm.
Wednesday and Thursday anytime between 2:00pm-4:45pm, and 7:45pm-8:00pm.
Saturday and Sundays 7:45pm-8:00pm.
For a guest having a bath or grooming on their pick up day (Monday-Friday), pick up is after 2:30pm, (Saturday) pick up is at 12:30pm. (No additional fee incurred)
Please abide by our pick up and drop off times, there are no exceptions.
A refundable deposit of $25.00 will be required to hold all boarding reservations on non-holiday periods. Cancellation must be within 48 hours of their boarding date. A refund will be issued on account only to be used for any future medical or boarding services.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for all school holidays and certain weeks during the summer. This is a non-refundable deposit, so please verify your plans prior to booking.
A credit card number is required to secure all boarding reservation. Payment is required in full at the time of check-in (Sorry, no exceptions). If you need to change or cancel a holiday/vacation period reservation, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may have a chance to contact another guest on the waiting list.
We accept payment in the form of Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), Debit cards, or Cash (Sorry no checks).
All Guests must come in parasite free.
